Upstairs Condo

Balcony: A table, chairs, and a gas grill, what more do you need? For bigger grilling jobs there are two large grills by each of the two pools. Charcoal grills aren't allowed in this condo complex but there are several across the street around the picnic tables.

Living Room: Includes a TV, a DVD/VHS player, a Stereo, and Wired Internet. There is Wireless Internet access throughout the condo. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. If you're here in cooler weather there is a gas fireplace as well.

Dining Room

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished. It has everything you need to prepare a full Thanksgiving spread, or just a snack. That's a skylight up above.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom has a Queen bed with all the linen you will need. There is also a TV, a Stereo, and a Clock Radio.

Master Vanity

Master Bathroom: Towels are provided.

Kid's Bedroom: This bedroom has a Full and a Twin bed along with all of the needed linen.

Kid's Vanity

Kid's Bathroom: There is a shower stall with towels.

. Parking: This condo comes with 2 of its own private parking spaces. They are on the same floor as the condo and are very close. As with all parking at North Coast Village, the parking garage entrance is 6 1/2 feet high.

Downstairs Condo

Patio: A table, chairs, and an umbrella holder are supplied. There are umbrellas in the closet. There are two large gas grills by each of the two pools. Charcoal grills aren't allowed in this condo complex but there are several across the street around the picnic tables.

Living Room: Includes a TV, a DVD player, a Stereo, and Wired Internet. There is Wireless Internet access throughout the condo. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The love seat on the left has been replaced with two recliners. There's also a gas fireplace.
