How do I ask a Question? Contact either Rental Agency listed on the opening page of this website to ask questions. Just mention the condo you are interested in (A23 1st floor or A26 2nd floor). How do I make a Reservation? All reservations of these two condos are handled by the two Rental Agencies listed on the opening page of this website. Just phone or e-mail either one of them to reserve one or both condos. They will guide you through your reservation, making it quick and easy. Reservations are only accepted up to one year in advance. This is to give the current renter of each week the first option of rebooking it for the next year.
How does this whole rental process work? The simple steps of everything from making your reservation till you leave for home are:
- Contact either Rental Agency. Just mention the condo you are interested in (A23 1st floor or A26 2nd floor). You may ask any questions you might have of course.
- A $250 holding deposit is required from you to hold your reservation beyond a 10 day courtesy period. This becomes half of your $500 Security Deposit. If you cancel after this, the $250 is not refundable.
- The Rental Agent will send a Rental Contract for you to review, sign, and return. Also included is the information you will need of the condo complex location.
- The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to check-in.
- Check-in after 3 pm on your arrival day. Check-ins are done 24 hours a day at the Security Office in front of the condo complex. You will get a complex map that will locate the condo, your parking spaces, and the complex amenities.
- Enjoy your vacation!
- Check-out by 10 am on your departure day. Just lock the condo and drop your keys in the "Key Slot" in front of the H.O.A. Office (shown on your map).
- Your $500 deposit will be mailed to you within 21 days provided that there was no damage or excessive cleaning needed that reduced it.
